FORUM MODERATOR a.k.a (SNIPER ELITE)
REQUIREMENTS: 1. Member of Seven Lakes Airsoft Club (SLAC) old/new member 2. Registered member of the Forum Board 3. At least three times a week Log-in 4. Agree to the Terms & Condition given by the Site Admin.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Being the moderator of any community forum you should be aware of each and every activities going on inside the forums, who posted today, who replied where and what? And who came online, I understand that this is a tough job and sometimes impossible to have track on everything for big community boards with high traffic and activities but “try your level best”
2. Understand that appointed you as a mod of the forum your Administrator put his trust on you that you are going to do your duty and responsibility with truth, hard work and perfection, so please don’t break the Admin’s trust.
3. Be friendly but not over friendly with members of your community, do not entertain members by giving them support via Personal Message unnecessary when you can do that from forums it self.
4. Don not get rude or behave frustrated to the questions of members, its there right to ask you and that’s your part of duty to answer and support them.
5. Keep making new quality post which encourage users to reply that and make your contribution in user’s started thread, give them a bunch of flower icons or clap icons for every good post they make.
6. Keep in touch with Admin and inform him about your activity or ideas you get into your mind in the favour of the community forum.
7.Being as mod doesn’t mean that every one in forum should listen to you, be down to earth and keep ego in your dustbin, if get frustrated have a glass of water but don’t show attitude to users.
8. The Admin appointed you and while doing so he guided you with work he has given you, don’t do more than that to impress him…you can even loose your reputation by doing so.
9.Be punctual and keep yourself online in forum whether you find your admin offline, let him sleep for sometime because he knows that you are there to help him.
10. If you have supporting moderator or colleague than be friendly with them but be away from gossips, jealousy, politics and things which may take your community forum into a wrong way.
11.Don't argue with your colleague in forum board where other members and guests can also read it, it will show a bad impression for you and your team which will going to effect the whole forum site which comes up with the hard work of your Admin.
12. Give your time to off topics also and forget for sometime that you are mod, be like a member and play some light forum games too. It will make good and healthy relations with others.

LIMITATION 1. Forum moderators has no rights to edit, delete, lock, post by his/her fellow moderators, if he/she thinks that the post of his fellow moderators are needed to be edit, delete, lock he/she must PM (Private Message) the certain moderator telling him about his/her post. If they dont have an agreement each party may PM the site Admin & tell their both side. The side admin then study the said post then decide whether to edit, delete, lock the post or not.
2. Forum moderators has no rights about the status of his/her fellow moderators only the Site Admin has the rights to replace certain moderators.
3. Forum moderators has no rights to block/ban members, he/she only will give warnings to the certain members, after giving warning and the member/s do it again he/she will submit to the Site Admin a recomendation for block/banning a certain individual.

On community websites, webmasters are able to change and manipulate any comment that the users make.
Core responsibilities of the webmaster include the regulation and management of access rights of different users of a website, the appearance and setting up website navigation. Content placement can be part of a webmaster's responsibilities

Linawin ko lang ung DELTA FORCE at SNIPER ELITE e hindi RANK, hindi ito nakukuha sa dami ng post o gaano ka kaactive sa club, ito ay DESIGNATION given to the SITE ADMIN & MODERATORS,
Instead na SITE ADMIN ang designation ginawa naming DELTA FORCE ganun din sa FORUM MODERATORS naging SNIPER ELITE.
LAKES TROOPER = Registered members of the Forum Board at the same time Registered member of Seven Lakes Airsoft Club (SLAC)
Prisoner of War = Registered Member of the Forum Board but not Registered member of Seven Lakes Airsoft Club (SLAC)
New Member = newly registered member, the Site Admin will edit your account whether to designate you as Lakes Trooper or Prisoner of war. (pag medyo natatagalan magbago designation nyo kindly pm the site admin pakilala kayo full name)
We have a ranking before of members, hanapin ko lang sa mga files ko.

Nakarating po sa aking kaalaman na meron tayong mailan-ilan na miyembro na medyo nagdamdam dahil sa pagkakatanggal sa kanila ng mga kanilang "ranking" (Delta Force, Sniper Elite, etc.). Ito ay sa kadahilang naniniwala sila na ito ay kanilang pinag ukulan ng panahon , tiyaga at pagod para lang makamit ang "ranking". Ngayon ay malinaw na sa lahat, ang mga titulo ay di ranking. AAminin ko, ako din po ay naligaw din sa aking pag kakaalam ng mga titulong ito.
Dahil dito, tamang hakbang lamang na tanggalin ang mga nauna nang naibigay na titulo at ang mga ito ay ibibigay lamang sa mga tamang kinauukulan.
Jarmenkel, sana mai post na natin sa madaling panahon yung tamang ranking na maaring igawad sa ating mga miyembro. Para sa akin, maganda ang intensiyon nito. Minumungkahi ko lang na i-review lang natin uli ang mga palatuntunan nito nang sa ganun ay mas madali hindi lamang sa mga miyembro kundi na rin doon sa mag gagawad nito.

I ~ĻiZZΔȒÐϴ aka lizardo would like to apply as site admin.
Why?: bec im irresponsible, i do what i want, im a slacker, i dnt take orders, im a slow learner, i take things that arent mine, i cheat, i pulcify documents, i sleep late at night, and most of all i love being a SLAC.
Just kidding sa pag-apply, but theres one thing i would wish, and i think this is what others do wish as well, manumbalik sana ang lahat.
"Once a SLAC, always a SLAC" and "no one is left behind"
Lets walk thru the fields under one banner once again, mabuhay po ang SLAC

So there you have it gentlemen and ladies. All we need to do is to take time to READ and UNDERSTAND of the last three threads posted by sir Jarmenkell, to find out if we really got what it takes to be a Site Admin. or one of those Sniper Elites. Should you require any other or additional info's needed w/ regards to those responsibilities, please dont hesitate to PM him. Hello. How can I become an official member of this club, so I can join skirmishes, games that you're having there in SPC kapag nasa Pilipinas ako. I am an airsofter in UAE (UAF-UAE member). Kelangan ko pa bang mag fill-up a form? What are the requirements? Meron po bang game site dyan sa San Pablo? Sa Palakpakin (San Buenaventura) ako nakatira. Hope you can answer my queries, pa bakasyon kasi ako ngayong May for a month. Thank you.
