IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR AIRSOFT NOW OUT
The Chief PNP Oscar Calderon has just signed the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for airsoft. Below is a brief summary:
1. One time registration fee of P200 per gun
2. Permit to transport of P60. If you belong to an accredited organization P360 for 3 months. All guns required to be carried in case when transporting.
3. Playing sites shall secure permission from PNP-FED and Mayor's Permit (I suspect there may be a fee)
4. Dealers, sellers, and/or importers shall pay an annual license fee
5. FPS limit 550. Weight of bb's not to exceed .20
6. Orange tip for all guns required
7. Serial numbers to be engraved on each gun.
8. PNP has declared a six month amnesty period to comply.
