Maintaining you AEG's:  (advanced)
1. Check your gun for maintaince every 2-3 months or 8-10 game days,do this regularly in order to keep your gun at its best performance.
2. Make sure that after you play per round or before you keep you gun at your house, make sure that your spring is relaxed.
3. Make sure your barrel is always clean, dirty barrels causes drag to the BB's resulting to bad groupings and decreased feet per second or commonly known as FPS.
4. Always check your Hop packing if there is signs of wear. bad hop packing will result to bad groupings.
5. Check you air nozzle or air seal nozzle for signs or dents and leakage.always change grease on this area every time you open your gun.
6. Check your pinion gear for wear, sharp pinion gear is an indication that its gonna break soon.
7. Check your battery terminals, gun terminals and wirings for possible striped wires that may cause short circuit on your gun.
8. Always clean your hop system using a swab.remove unwanted dirt like sand or grease.
9. Always check your spring for possible stress. Spring guide with bearings help maintain your spring. the best maintainance of springs is always put it at its relaxed position. Life of a spring depends on your usage of the gun.
10. Always check your O-ring located at the piston head for possible wear. bad O-ring causes lose compression. dropping of BB's and low FPS.
11. Check your gear set and shims for possible wear but be carefull not to mess with your alignment.
12. Check your piston head, piston body for possible wear. Bad piston body will cause sliding of your sector gear making the your gun malfunction.
13. Check your Cylinder, look for scratches. Scratched cylinders will result to unstable fps.
14. Check your Spring guide for cracks if your using stock spring guides. Breakage of spring guide will result to spring breakage. for Spring guide with bearings, just simply put a little amount of lubrication.
15. Check your gearbox for hairline cracks. hairline cracks comes from dryfiring the gun, missfeedings while in battle or old age of your gearbox.
16. Always relube your gears, piston head, cylinder head and nozzle. do not over grease. just make sure your gear is just coated with small amount of grease.
17. Check your trigger switch if its burned out. if your using MOSFET np.
