i am Sgt Oinky, a representative of the UAA and long time player here in Manila.

i would like to ask if you team is interested in having a booth this coming March 22nd 2009, a Sunday, at the Hacienda Escudero. It will be free of charge. perhaps you can have some members dressed up and have some aegs on display.

The event will be some sort of sporting event, a bike race to my knowledge, and it will be the entire day. its up to you guys if you want to stay the entire day or not. it's a chance for you to get potential recruits, and perhaps let people know whaty our sport/hobby is all about.

i will appreciate a swift response as my deadline for people to include in the list will be handed in this Friday. i forgot that you guy had a website, i posted in UAA, .com and .net looking for you guys. Fallujah told me to look for Jarmen Kell but the .org site is blocked where i work.

Good morning Sgt Oinky!

Firstly, thank you for this invitation. Allow me to represent SLAC.

We used to hold regular sunday games at the site. This is interesting. What I have in mind right now is to have our regular game stage on the specified date. And with that, it is imperative that we know exactly where the bike race route will be so as to prevent "crossfire". This will also help us decide to locate an alternative game site.

Bike trail is near the entrance to Hacienda. Yung sa kaliwa na jungle area proposed to be the waterpark/casino/mall area. No crossfire possible dun sa playsite natin near the clubhouse/subdivision area. We didnt accept that site as a game venue kasi pwede natin tamaan ang mga incoming visitors ng Villa.

the event organizer changed minds and now wants to charge a minimal fee to have a booth. therefore, i would advise against getting a booth. unless ofcourse you still want to, you have that option.

thank you for taking time to consider this rare opportunity. it's too bad the organizer got fickle minded. sigh.
