Minutes of the Meeting:
1. Discussed the plans and programs for Congresswoman Ivy Arago Cup and appointed committee heads.
2. Sir Ruel brought up the members’ concern about the detailed expenses on Christmas Party ’08.
3. Sir Willie endorsed the amount of PhP10, 870 to the new club treasurer Sir Raul.
4. The issue on “deleted” post was discussed and was settled that no deletion was done.
5. SLAC patch and the renewal of registration for members for 2009.
6. FPS- 450 every first and third Sunday of the month
