Rules and Regulation ( 1st CONG.IVY ARAGO CUP )
1. All weapons will be chronograph and tagged prior to the event. Strict implementation of the 450fps at .20g limit will be observed during the entire tournament. Any player caught using his weapon which exceeds the limit will be disqualified along with his team. Organizers reserve the right to randomly check the air soft weapons of players even during the game. Chrono testing shall also be done prior start of each scenario.
2. Switching of guns and/or tampering of gun tag after chrono test is strictly prohibited, anyone caught in
violation of this rule shall be automatically disqualified together with his whole team. Payment shall not be reimbursed.
3. Shooting and testing of AEG’s (rifle or pistol) must be done in the designated areas only.
(No shooting of non-players, animals, and private property). Violation will mean disqualification.
4. Only the organizers are allowed to alter, transfer, re-arrange or remove the obstacles intended for the
game.
5. Real gun and real knife are not allowed inside the game premises. Violators will be asked to leave
without reimbursing their tournament fee.
6.”Magazine out rule” will be strictly implemented while inside the briefing and staging area. Magazine
will only be allowed in the play field and test fire designated areas.
7. All participating players must leave their guns on a designated area when going out of the perimeter of the game site.
8. There shall be no consumption of alcoholic drinks and beverages and no intake of illegal drugs during
the tournament. Any player found out to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both will be
expelled from the tournament.
9. Picking a fight & inflicting harm of any degree to players/umpires/committee/spectators is a ground for disqualification.
10. Only registered players will be allowed to play.
11. Physical contact is strictly prohibited.
12. Intentional shooting at the marshals and game officials is not allowed.
13. Minimum of 8 players and maximum of 12 players be allowed to play. Three ( 3 ) opfors will be provided by each participating teams. In case that said team cannot provide opfors the sponsoring team will be the one to provide in their behalf. No reserve players.
15. No player registered with another team shall be allowed to play in another team.
16. The team with the best time in all scenario given will be declared as the Champions.
17. Game time will be 7 minutes per game.
18. Only team leaders are allowed during the briefing.
19. Queries and complaints should be made only by the team leader.
20. When the game starts, the next team in line will be announced.
21. Teams that are not on their assigned area when called will be defaulted
22. This is a point system game, all teams start with zero points.
23. No black / invisible BB’s allowed.
24.. Ricochet and hits by deflected pellets, any non-air soft objectives (stones, flying debris, and player-
launched improvised projectiles) are not considered a kill.
25. Coaching from “dead” players and outside non-players is strictly prohibited.
26. A hit on any body part is considered a kill except for hits on AEG’s/GBB’s.
27. Friendly fire is considered a kill.
28. Blind fire is not allowed .
29. Using “dead” players for cover is not allowed.
30. Point-blank shooting is not allowed. “Knife kill” or tapping the opponent’s cover/position or the
opponent himself is encouraged if body contact is possible.
31. “Dead” players should exit the playing area within 30 seconds from death with hands & weapons
facing upwards to avoid overkill & penalties.
32. Any player called “HIT” by a marshal shall immediately stand up and raise his/her “weapon” above
his/her head and exit at the nearest exit. He or she maybe escorted by a marshal.
33. No trash-talking and hit calling.
34. Only the game marshals are allowed to call hits.
35. Complaints should be valid & addressed to team leaders only.
36. The committee reserves the right to suspend/disqualify individuals or teams for gross violation of the
rules and showing unsportsmanlike behavior.
37. The committee reserves the right to revise the rules & mechanics of the game with prior briefing or
notice of such.
38. Complaints inside the playing area will not be entertained.
39. A pre -drawn schedule for each team will be conducted.
40. A marshal and game officials shall have the authority to pause or stop any game as they would find
justified. (injuries, fights…)
41. Rule violations will mean penalties/ points deduction and will be determined by the Marshals and game officials
