MINUTES OF THE MEETING
attendance:
sirs willy,ronie,raul & donut
1. the team will participate to the upcoming speedball tourney on aug 23 in lucena city organized by team GAG.
2. sir donut will field members for our new SLAC team alpha & bravo
3.the club will sponsor the transpo for the said event
4.club funds will not be used for the registration, amounting P12,000 (2 teams/ 12 man per team), instead the council have agreed to solicit/ find sponsors who will shoulder the expenses
other topics discussed;
1. registation of our aegs & renewal of ptts( ASAP,forms now available @ sir hubs haus )
2.strict implementation of fps limits during regular games
A. 400-450 fps every 1st & 3rd weeks of the month
B. 500 & above every 2nd & 4th weeks of the month
3. due to the availability of some of our members council have agreed to send a mass card for sir wendell's father
4. a general membership meeting will be called to all members(date to be announced)
the meeting was adjourned @ 11:00 PM
