Meeting re COMELEC GUN BAN 2010 and other concerns:

Location at Sir Hub's house. Jan 05, 2010 2030H to 2245H
MINUTES OF THE MEETING:
1. Last game before gun ban:
- Sat Jan. 09, 2010.
- Whole day. Hacienda Escudero 9am-5pm.
- See also separate thread
2. Mardigras Parade:
- Thur Jan. 14, 2010.
- SLAC polo shirt (brown or blue) + pants (tan, green, multicam etc).
- Strictly no AEGs.
- Important to know how many will join. Kindly reply to this thread or send sms to Sir Donut.
3. We will still try to request for exemption by sending letter to Police/Comelec.
- playing at gamesite (Camp Eala every Sun at 1 to 5pm)
- traveling of AEGs from home to gamesite and vice versa.
4. Other activities planned in lieu of playing airsoft game:
- jogging, hiking, camping, softball etc...
- proposed weekly calendar of activities will be send separately
- blood letting activity (Feb 14)
- planning for next speedball game
- beautification of gamesite
- socialization: sabado night, bornprix.
5. Anniversary celebration
- Tentative venue will be at Dioko's resort.
- No date yet.
6. Election of officers for 2010:
- Do we need to formalize? Do we need to re-do the election of officers?
