Let it be known to all that as per council's meeting last night at sir hub's place, hereunder are the details;
Attendees were Ka Ruel, Hubert, Nestor, Sir Raul, Joseph (as "witness" hehe), Sir Ronnie, and yours truly sir Willie. ( Sir Donut though not physically present, was on the phone all the time to make himself available)
Updates detail;
1. It was agreed unanimously that the two poster designs made by sir donut and sir nestor (razorback) will be our official posters to be used as advertisement. Due date is on or before May 15 for the tarpaulin.
2. May 1, 2009 was scheduled when we are going to haul the (tires c/o sir ardel "hazzard" and the wood lumber c/o sir kiko) thru henry and ka daniel's trucks respectively.. Today, i talked to henry and he confirmed the truck's availability for the tires, while i have instructed donut to coordinate with ka daniel re: kiko's lumbers from sta rosa.
3. The number of participants for the said game was finalized to be limited to 16 teams, with 12 regular players plus 3 reserves (who will serve as their representative for the "opp force". Clear detail will be posted by ka ruel in the rules and regulations of the game later..
We need to prepare at leat 3 chronometer and one mag each of the following; M4,AK47,MP5,M14,Steyr Aug, w/c will be used for the chrono of the players aeg's.
4. For the Registration, our contact persons for the interested teams will be Sir Hubert, Kiko, and Mam Leth. They will coordinate with each other with regards to whom they will invite and eventually accept, as well as receiving the registration fees.
Deadline of Registration is on May 15, 2009.
5. Ka ruel will submit to the council on May 5, 2009 the draft of the game's rules and regulations which then will be evaluated by the council on the same date during meeting later in the afternoon or night.. Hence, all council members and advisers are enjoined to be there. Surely we will receive txt from sir donut as to the exact time of the meeting then.
6. Likewise, slac anniversary was also tackled and was set on may 17, 2009 at Dioko's Resort, a very bright suggestion was raised by sir nestor ,wherein the team leaders of the qualified team will be invited so we can discussed ahead of time, the details of the rules of the game (speedball). This will save us time during the game proper since we will no longer be explaining the rules one by one.. make sense ryt?
